Spring Time Pizza

A refreshing pizza full of all your favorite springtime flavors!

Ingredients

  • 10 oz Pizza Dough I love the pre-made kind from Trader Joes!
  • 1 Peach
  • 5-6 medium Strawberries
  • 1 oz Walnuts
  • 4 oz Mozzarella I use Pearls - saves prep time ;)
  • 4 oz Arugula
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Balsamic Glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Stretch dough on a lightly oiled baking sheet until it about 1/4" thick. Prick with a fork all over. Place in oven for 10 minutes.

  2. Halve, pit and cut the peach into small pieces. Slice your strawberries. Chop the walnuts. 

  3. After you have taken your dough out of the oven, place the mozzarella, peach and strawberry on the dough. Return to oven for 6 minutes until mozzarella melts slightly. 

  4. While pizza is baking, dress arugula with 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.  

  5. Top the pizza with the arugula salad and walnuts! Enjoy!
